This is a preliminary review—- but I am finding wix super glitchy. Images are showing on the site that have been completely deleted. I am building a fairly big site but this lag is driving me insane and making my hair turn grey. What is with the glitchy lag???? If I change something I want to change it once not 15 times. If I make a change I want the change to happen. I’m sticking to my stupid template and the site is an embarrassing mess. I miss a job application deadline because of this experience with wix.

Chad was awesome! As a business owner, I asked for help regarding the bank info and he was able to provide quick solutions. While waiting for the uploads, he recommended some website information updates. I clicked on everything he recommended and was able to quickly get those recommendations implemented. Chad was fun, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. If I ever need any help again, I vote for Chad! Wix as a platform is awesome as well!

Wix is a great builder to work with, as a designer it gives me a ton of control over layout, interactivity and animation. I had a small issue with the design I could not track down, and reached out via chat as no articles solved it. The rep was extremely helpful and also made very helpful suggestions that would benefit my client along the way. Very satisfied.

Robert (my customer support agent/technician) was quick, helpful, and even offered some suggestions to improve my site that I wasn't even considering. It was a fast, help to resolve to an issue that I needed while building my site. Great customer serviced via live chat. Thanks!

I've recently started my website on WiX and the site editor is incredible but it can be quite overwhelming to handle at first, at least for me, as it is my first time creating a website. The editor is unreal and super easy once you get the hang of it. I spent 3 days struggling with some basic tools that I just couldn't get the hang of. I decided to start a live chat on the help center and I must say I had never had such an amazing customer service experience, it was incredible on every level. The expert had very a quick response time, he sent me short videos of my own editor showing me how to do something which fairly simple but I was having a hard time figuring out. He was extremely kind and knowledgeable. I'm truly impressed. Plus, tips on things I hadn't even thought of! I'm impressed. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever! Thanks

Contacted the customer service for Payment issue. And I was impressed with the Customer service going out of the way to help fix few issues i had with the homepage and help improve visibility in google search.

Every issue I have had lately, a few that were all the result of my own mistakes, were handled quickly and to my satisfaction through the wix chat / expert help feature. They are always polite, efficient, and extremely helpful.

Expert was really knowledgeable and friendly, the problem was solved really quickly.

They precharge for a pay-per-view campaign while everyone else charges you after the clicks in your website. With other providers you can cancel your subscription anytime but not with wix. A lot of people including me had problems with them since they draw money out of your account if you give them the opportunity to do. There is no way to communicate with them and negotiate their actions. Their terms that we agree without reading them carefully gives them the right and the opportunity to rip you off.

Easy to use tools for a pro looking website ! Working on it is almost like a game for me ! Fun and useful.
Best part of it : If you get stuck at some point, the customer care service is there and will help you even beyond your needs. Very satisfied ++

Incredible customer service! Tanya helped me with multiple questions in a knowledgeable, friendly, timely manner. In just a few hours from when I made my initial purchase, I had a web site that did everything I wanted it to do, and more. I can't wait to build upon the myriad of features that are available, and rest comfortably in the knowledge that I'll have great customer support along the way!

February 7, 2023 , 2023 6:23 PM (UTC-05:00) when I was chatting to her, she gave me loads of links to help me with the problems I was having with my Wix website and she said I will be getting an email to help with linking all my ebay/wix products.

As a business owner we have our ups and downs in business. I was charged three different times for services that I ended for months. They were so kind to help me out and refund me back three months. I was happy with that. I appreciate them understanding my situation and because of this I will definitely come back once I get things situated. Thank you Alan! You are a lifesaver.

I have been using Wix for 6 years now. It is easy to use and customize and offers many features other website building platforms do no. Any time I've had an issue i received quick response from customer service and issue was quickly resolved. I recommend WIx to anyone looking to build their own site whether they are begging or experienced.

The CSR stayed with the issue until it was resolved, and when they could not find a solution themselves, they asked another Wix person for help. I have used many of Wix's competitors for website creation, and I am always pleased and surprised at how great my experiences are with Wix.
